Guest Manual:
It is important that you read the guest manual carefully! You will then have a better experience as well. There is a manual (folder) in the cottage. Please take a look when you arrive. It’s simple and mostly contains only images. The holiday home is only used for renting. You can therefore use everything in the cottage.

SPA Rules
1. Wash the body thoroughly (naked) immediately before bathing.
2. Do not use soap, shampoo, suntan oil, lotion and makeup when bathing.
3. Only use clean swimwear.
4. Use the slippers in the hallway when entering the hot tub.
5. After bathing, add one scoop (one teaspoon) of bath chlorine to the bath.
6. Check if the water level is higher than the glimmer/inlet (on a corner). Use the water hose and add water if necessary.
7. Put the lid on.

Key to the patio door:
In the hall, to the right of the alarm, there is a key. The patio door is a bit stiff, so you have to pull the door a little when unlocking or closing it.

Linen and towels:
In the office there is a cupboard with freshly washed bed linen and towels to borrow.
We will be grateful if you put bed linen and towels in a pile when you leave. Don’t put anything back in the closet.

Filling material:
In the cupboard in the office we bring filling materials such as kitchen paper, salt, pepper, etc., which you can of course use.

Support:
We have three trash bins out on the road. They are named “Bergkullen”.
Food waste – in brown paper bags and then thrown in one of the bins.
Other waste is sorted into bins.
There are pictures when you open the bins showing what needs to be thrown in each bin.

Heating:
It is possible to fire in the furnace. 

Heating and air conditioning:
The house is heated with an air heat pump. In winter, leave the pump in the “Heat” position. Increasing the fan speed helps more than increasing the heat. Leave the doors in the hut open during the day.
If you use the air conditioning in summer, please make sure that all doors and windows are closed.

Boat & electric motor:
There are several batteries in the cottage. To charge, connect red cable to red and black cable to minus. Do not charge while you sleep and keep the charger close to the battery. One tip is to always have a battery charged, except when you are sleeping. Feel free to try to moor the boat to keep it from lying and chafing (there is a picture in the cover explaining this).

TV:
There is satellite dish. Use the big remote control and change the input source to OnePlace. Then use the smaller remote control to change the channel.
There is a chromecast to the TV.
To increase the volume to the maximum, increase the volume on both remote controls.

Wireless Internet access:
WiFi network name: Bergkullen
WiFi password: ABCDEFGH

Stereo:
There is a Marshall speaker that you can use with Bluetooth.

Cleaning:
What we want from you:
Put used sheets and towels in a pile.
Throw out garbage, wash dishes and set dishes.
We clean after each guest (vacuum cleaning, floor mopping and textile rollers of all textiles).

Nearest store:
The closest is Larssons Livs in Sexdrega which has a small shop. They also have really good grilled ribs. Otherwise it’s Borås, ex Ica Maxi in Åhaga. At Åhaga there is also the system company.

Before checking out:
Put bedding in a pile.
wash the dishes
Take out the trash.
Empty the fridge and freezer.

The storage door – is always unlocked. You don’t have to lock it.
